From Monday 27-3-23, appointments will be available for patients with respiratory symptoms to be assessed in the clinic.
Telehealth appointments for those who do not require a face to face consultation, will continue to be available.
Booking Appointment Process:
🤧 Patients book an appointment online or by calling the clinic, please advise patient concierge that you would like an in clinic respiratory appointment.
🤧 Pre appointment payment details are obtained.

On the Day of the Appointment:
🤧 Patient to arrive in the Arkaba Medical Centre carpark and waiting in car. Patients who are not arriving at the clinic in their own car please advise reception.
🤧 Call the clinic on 8373 0888 to let us know you have arrived.
🤧 Remain in the car and await doctors phone call to discuss symptoms and history.
🤧 Doctor will come out and see you either in the car or in the designated respiratory area.
🤧 Patient concierge finalise payment of the consultation once completed
